DK Charity Foundation gets new Secretary

The Divine Kporha Charity Foundation following the relief of Miss Abena who has served the foundation from its inceptiom as Secretary has appointed Mr Gokah Saviour, a trained Teacher, Former Chief Justice of the Volta Regional Bloc of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS). Mr Gokah also served SRC secretary of Akatsi College of Education and was the President of the Debaters' and Writers' Club of Presbyterian Senior High School, Tema.

Mr Gokah who has been a member and a volunteer of the Foundation now would support with his experience and expertise to achieve the vision of the Foundation.

Mr Divine Kporha who is the Executive Director of the Foundation congratulated him and urged him to work hard and remain committed to the charity works to our communities as a chief scribe.

PROFILE

Saviour Gokah hails from Hatorgodo in the Keta municipality of the Volta region of Ghana. He had his primary education at Nii Amui Memorial Preparatory and JSS in Ashaiman before proceeding to Presec-Tema where he had his secondary education. He was trained as a teacher at Akatsi College of Education and is a staff of the Ghana Education Service.

He is currently a student at Valley View University where he reads B.Ed English language. He is an intern at Zion College, Anloga where he teaches English language.

Saviour Gokah was the first Chief Justice of the Volta regional bloc of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS). He was a National Secretary Candidate for the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) during the 2016/17 academic year. He is a former SRC secretary of Akatsi College of Education and a for President of the Debaters' and Writers' Club of Presbyterian Senior High School, Tema.
